The main reason is because the profile is so hard to add anything to. What little I have done took many, many tries of doing the exact same thing and then suddenly and magically one day it worked. Now I have tried to add something and when I create a new sortie it doesn't even show the edit option, just the one to remove it. This type thing has been a continuous problem ever since I joined. I have followed people's advice which was basically what I had been trying and it would not work. Only about 1 out of say 50 attempts of doing the same thing has ever worked.
