do u drink lot of water???

what makes u drink water a...are you thirsty...or building health to ur muscles...why wud u drink water ????

I was recently reading about drinking water and they listed tons of ways that drinking water helps your body. Although they did get a little more technical than I would have liked, they included reasons like appetite suppression, keeping your body hydrated, avoiding eating when you're thinking you're hungry but you're really thirsty, etc. I wish I could stick to drinking the daily requirements but I've got to admit that even with all the benefits of it, sometimes drinking water sucks.

Hello,vanthachu! our daily requirement of water is 2 liters,as it helps regulate and maintain body temperature.water in the body transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.it moistens and lubricates our mouth,lips,nose,hair,skin,joints,and digestive tract.for all these purposes we have to drink at least 2 liters of water daily other wise we may be decrease the mental and physical performance and heat related diseases.thank you.

I don't drink that much water, but I need to so I would get dehydrated, water is good for you and you should drink about 8 glasses a day
