Ways to save the Planet Earth

Saving the environment has been highlighted these days especially when Al Gore's documentary came out. More and more people are encouraged to make little changes for the environment. I have my own little changes for planet earth. At home, all lights have been changed to CFL. All appliances are turned off and unplugged when not in use. I recycle bottles and paper. What are your little ways to help save panet earth.

Huge lawn, use push-type(non-mechanized)lawnmower!Turned lots of lawn into garden! Collect & store all my roof water for plants. Bicycle it! Always take cloth bags for shopping. Re-use everything I can. Have virtually eliminated package foods from my shopping. Buy as much as I can from bulk foods, taking my own containers (or those I have re-cycled). Only have lights on, one room at a time, I could go one forever. It is a way of life for me!
