Debt sucks!!

Any suggestions? I was kicked out of my house so I bought a 1988 Ford F-250 for $350. On the 26th I got insurance with GEICO and an inspection done on it, which it failed due to a cutoff tailpipe. The insurance is putting me negative but I'm nervous to ask my grandma (who I'm living with) for money because she knows about all the people that I already owe money. Then on the 29th, the Meineke guys were awesome and did a $75 job for $30 so my truck would pass inspection. I was pulled over once, but the cop understood and let me go. I had to go to the license bureau three times due to insufficient funds, mistakes by the seller on the title, and finally, when those were fixed, the personal property waiver was too late in the evening so I have to go back today. I skipped school to do all this junk. My job at Hardee's only pays $6.75/hr and I don't have a clue where I can get a better paying job because I've been applying everywhere in the area and noone's hiring. I owe hundreds of dollars to people who have helped me out, plus the upcoming insurance bills. What can I do to get rid of this mess???
