I thought I'd bring a smile to my friends on a bright and sunny Wednesday afternoon with a jovial discussion, which I hope will make you laugh!Ok, so if we need new shoes we go to a shoe shop, if we need new teeth we go to the dentist
But I have trouble with my feet because I love walking my feet take the punishment, so wouldn't it be nice after a days walking you could take your feet off and leave them to soak overnight like you would when you take your teeth out (I don't have falsies, this is just an example!) lol, smiling yet?
When things go wrong with us, like old age, wouldn't it be great to be able to go down to the local Limbs R Us shop and buy a new leg or a new arm, or a new wrist, great for those who suffer with RSI. You would go into the shop and they would have small, medium, large and extra large
They could have BOGOF sales, buy one leg get one leg free! (Please note this is only a jovial discussion and not meant to offend anyone about amputation!)So what do you reckon, wouldn't it be good if we could upgrade our bodies buy buying new parts
Think of yourself as a car, when your big end goes or you've got a loose exhaust you'd go and replace it We have a MOT don't we when we see our GP's!What are your thoughts, would we be spending a fortune on buying new body parts? Can you imagine a top price hand with Nike label on it?

Yes sweety you have made me smile - don't you always brighten my day! At least it is sunny with you this afternoon - it has poured with rain here and we may even get snow soon!
Can you imagine being able to change our body parts whenever they hurt - oh what bliss but you would have to get an exceptional job to keep you going in new feet - specially when you wear slippy off shoes you silly ( sorry bossy big sister is coming out again!) You already know what I would get don't you ... yep a new back and leg - that would be heavenly! lol Thanks for making me giggle sweets, love you xxx

Hello my friend! What an interesting discussion you have here! I almost choked on my drink when I saw the topic of your post! hehe But it's really eye-catching. Boy you sure do make great posts! hehe
I think that this would be very possible in the future because look how technology advanced in just a span of a hundred years! Before I think the people would have just laughed at your faces if you said that you had a cell phone or computer or what. I think that this would be possible. It just amused me that you were able to think of this. I think that it's really cool like for example you don't like your leg anymore and you would want one with diamonds on it what insane thing you can do with a leg and buy one for yourself. Lolz! I don't think I'm agreeing with selling body parts though unless you really need one (like you lost your leg etc) and not just for leisure. I can't really imagine a world with designer hands/legs/hair. It's really surreal. But what an idea! hehe

As jovial as your discussion is, this is not so bizarre. There is a possibility that with stem cell research doctors will actually be able to regrow organs and limbs as needed. Can you imagine? I can only imagine what people might want replaced. HMMMM....

I am with you wolfie... When I was on my feet 12 hours a day I would want to scream at the end of the day they hurt so bad. I even thought the same as you have here that it would be so nice to put one pair in some hot foot soak, put on another pair so that I could finish my day out :))
But as far fetch as this sounds I see it happening some day!

Funny stuff. The problem would be that we need to be fitted for such devices and a S/M/L/XL wouldn't work just going in and buying something.
Think of all that we do now though. Hip replacement, knee replacement, heart bypass, exchanging organs with each other...
A lot of technology has kept a lot of people keep going in a relative normal lifestyle.

Lol, Wolfie! Good one! That would be pretty great if we could do that. My hubby could use a new back, my mom could use a new right arm because she has broken hers several times and my dad could use a new left hand because he was in a car wreck a few years ago and almost lost his left arm and now has nerve damage in his left hand. He's a left hander too so it's pretty hard for him. I don't need any new body parts right now but this is a great and funny idea. Leave it to you to come up with something like this! LMAO!! :)

Really cute. Yeah, I wish I could take off my feet and soak them over night. Or I could get new parts. You are so funny and I needed this discussion today because I am not having a very good day, with my health problems, I am sick today but still trying to do some mylotting as I am so close to payout. I only need 25 cents so I have to do some posting today to reach it. I will be doing at least 50 discussions so there is no way I don't reach it.
