Pinched nerves

How can you get rid of a pinched nerve in the back. I seem to pinch a nerve in my back constantly and it hurts really bad when I do, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it quickly.

My mom have a pain in her back too from pinched nerve, my brother got her a massage chair, but eventually the pain will go away in about 2 weeks or so

I also have a massage chair, but it sucks dealing with the pain from a pinched nerve for two weeks. Thanks for posting.
