Levels

I've been away from mylot for a while now, and I'm trying to get it back into my schedule, but I'm just wondering, what are these levels next to our names? And what's the leader board of discussions? Thanks in advance.

I have only been on mylot.com for a few days and have noticed the bars and the discussion leader boards...I think the bars are for people who have answered alot of questions on that one particular subject...I think that's kind of what the leader board of discussion is too....like who has the most answers on a particular subject or subjects....again I'm really not sure I guess that's just something that they have added in the last little while!
