Why is it that everyone is complaining about Bush giving the SCHIP a veto (despite announcing the reason was beceause it moved children off of private healthcare), but nobody is saying anything about the health insurance plan for the uninsured that was put forward by Arnold Schwarznegger and voted down by the majority democrat senate?
