Need help with posting a link that is active

Sorry I hope I'm not confusing anyone. I have set up a blog page with PTR's, etc....to show people ways I have earned money online. I refer to one link but it is not underlined and doesn't go directly to it. Does anybody know what I should be typing in HTML format to have the link work????
