Make up or no make up?

Ladies, do you prefer to wear it or not? Men, do you prefer women who do or don't wear make up?
Personally I think I look good without it. I wear it on special occations, but rarely more than a few times a year. I think it ages you if you wear it too much, and I also believe that someone should know who you really are- or at least what you really look like.
There's nothing worse than thinking you're attracted to someone and then finding out they are cyotte ugly...lmao...
Let's face it, you aren't shallow if you are simply unattracted to someone. Everyone has their own idea of what beautiful is, which is why there are so many different looks.
I know women who won't even go out to get the mail without first applying make up. Who are they trying to impress? The neighbor? The mailman?
Is it an insecurity?
Granted, almost everyone looks better in make up, if it's done right. When I wear it I always get complimented on how I look. I've even had people say "WOW, you're beautiful. You should wear make up more often." to which I reply, "Thanks, but I'm beautiful without it too."

Well, when it comes to make up I think men and women have different opinion on this topic. Women like to apply make up more often. Some woman prefer to make up only on some special occasions but some wear it in home as well as at office too. I think that light make up is always good but heavy make up looks unintresting and it acts toughs on natural skin and spoils it......
Women think that the guys like girls that apply make up and tries to be more fashionable. But I think men think completelt different. Since I am a male, so according to me, men like girls that are cute and aply very light make up or no make up. Make up hides the natural beauty and I hate the artificial beauty. I think everyone should show what they are, no matter weather they are beautifull and attractive or not. What is the need to spoil your natural beauty just to look more beautifull for a small piece of time. A light and little bit of make up is fine, no problem in that, but a dark and heavy make up is always irritating......
So, I think girls look more beautifull without make up or with light make up!

Fortunately for me, I had that decision made for me. I am allergic to most makeup. I get zits horribly within an hour of putting any on. I can wear eyeliner, but not eye shadow. I have found one blush I can wear without irritation, but that's it. So, I just don't have to mess with it.

I never wore make up on my own choice. I am just not comfortable with it. But my friends tried wearing make-ups on me, on special occasion, when it is really needed, just like JS prom, Modeling which is included in our curriculum and during graduation day. But during those days, my makeup is visible at the start of the program, in the middle of the day, I have it erased unconsciously cause really am not comfortable with it. I don't even use talc powder because it causes pimples on me.

As we all know,if you make up,you'll be beautiful.However,also,it is known to all that no woman is ugly.In my opinion,whethere make up or no make up is up to you.At first you should know whether you like it or not.Of couse, in same important cases,I think, you should make up,just as,for a dating, an interview,or a congress.

hmm i wear makeup when we go out, i wear it to work every day but when its just us at the house i dont wear it, my girlfriend rarely wears it, only eye liner and lipstick .. i do the full face route. its a sick cycle though, i started wearing foundation/powder for poor skin, now my face wont heal up cause i'm always covering up the imperfections now i just wish there was a better way. i know some ladies who have been married for 20 - 30 years and their husbands have never seen them without makeup! can you imaging how early they have to get up so their husband always sees them prepped and shallacked

well it depends on my mood over all most of the tims i dont apply make up with my housbent or with my friends ... but also sometime's i wana change the way i look and put it .. some times i put it for no reason when im in home thats why i told you it depends on the mood

i really prefer girls without makeup cos u get to see the natural beauty not the artificial one.
