good, reliable and sincere help/support 24-7 with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

I would consider good customer service being greeted when you walk up, and if I look like I could use some help then ask me instead of walking in the opposite direction. Also, smiling, I think smiling just makes your time a little bit more enjoyable no matter who or where you are.
