I need to lose weight anytips

I out every day for 3 months &only lost 3lbs.

I lost about 60 pounds in three months by doing this: 1) Run or walk about 45 minutes to and hour every day 2) Eat 4 to 5 small meals each day instead of 3 big ones 3) For Supper I ate this stuff called "diet soup"--it is all vegetables and no meat and it actually burns more calories than it contains--you can find the recipes for this online 4) you have to stick to this--it is going to be really hard and really depressing but it works!!!

I just lessen my food intake. And I make it sure to sleep two hours before I go to bed at night. In that way, I am able to make sure that the food I ate will be properly digested and will not accumulate and will turn into fats.

u will need to follow a diet plan along with workingout, low carb high protein and u will have the energy to stick with daily workouts without feeling hungry.

sometimes losing weight on your own is very hard and sometimes it can be very dangerous so i consulted a doctor first and they led me to in the right path
