breast reduction, tummy tuck and other plastic surgery

I had 2 weeks ago a breast reduction done and love every minute of it. I was a size E cup and now I am a B cup. I did it 1) for health reasons as I had back and ceck problems, 2) but also I did it for cosmetic reasons as they were nearly hanging by my navel and could put my whole hand underneath them plus I had a lot hanging on the side. I look now much slimmer and clothing fits much better. Do you agree with cosmetic surgery or are you against it. Enlargement or reduction and all the other cosmetic surgery there is? I was going to do a tummy tuck as well, but there are quite some dangers with that so I was not prepared to take that risk, would you take the risk?
