What would you say to a teacher gone bad?

I teach English in China and one of my teachers is starting to take a downward spiral. He shows up 5 minutes before his first class. He's dating and living with one of the students. He also is pissing off all the other teachers because all he talks about is money and how much he hates the job. Sometimes I think he's going through a major depression but I'm not sure what I could say to him. What would you do?

It might be an option to talk to the teacher and find out what's going on her. She might be having some problems as you mentioned, being with a student! If that's true, she should resign immediately.
