How do you evaluate yourself as a teacher?

Being an ESL conversation teacher, I don't have the benefit of students taking tests and seeing from those how my students are doing. Instead, I can tell that I'm doing my job well when my students are having fun talking in English and choose to speak English outside of class. What about you?
