how do you say sorry to yourself?

Have you been guilty of doing something wrong to someone? Do you feel guilty of the troubles you have caused to others? How do you say sorry to yourself? How do you forgive yourself? Really, it is so hard to forget and forgive the things you have done to yourself and to others. I have been praying alot and doing self-talk to ease the guilt and pain. I am only human.

For the past two days were in trouble here in the office. It is because of some changes in the positions and designation. there are lots of disagreements as other wont agree on the result. I was affected so much because they dont get what I am trying to drive out. I was so angry then, to the point I cried and say something not so good. I just keep silent after that and say sorry if you dont understand. Till now, I am not meeting them and give only written instructions. After a while I will be alright and I know they will understand the way I am understanding them.
