Yes ten pounds in 3 weeks is certainly possible; get a lot of exercise, at least 5 times a week, drink lots of water, and eat less carbs and fats.

During the dance practice last christmas one of us lost 3 pounds in two weeks and it was heavy dancing for two weeks, so that 10 pounds is a little much for you. I dont know if it would risk your health but just take it one step at a time, it would be nice if you loose weight in a graceful manner, crash diet is never advisable. I remember one of our office mates collapsed during a wedding seminar because she had the three day miracle diet, the husband to be got mad and scolded her about it.
Just take it eat and eat healthy, eat lesser in the evening and eat breakfast, eat fods rich in fiber like fruits and vegetables.

I don't believe crash dieting to lose a few pounds (yes, 10 is just a few!)is a good idea. Like many people have responded, lifestyle change is the best way to go for losing weight.
However, now that I said that...I'm going to contradict myself!! In June '07, a friend introduced me to Isagenix. It is a nutritional cleansing product that can help you release weight and keep it off by cleansing you system of toxins and providing many of the nutritional elements that are missing in a 'modern' diet. lautz_tm.isagenix.com will give you all kinds of info on the system. Since June, I've reduced my size by 4 clothing sizes not by starving myself but by giving my body the nutrition it needs. Added bonus: when everyone else has been getting sick this winter, I have managed to avoid the flu, colds etc....first time in about 5 years! I am sure it is because not only do I weigh less but my immune system is being supported by the better nutrition. Oh - I lost 14lbs inthe first week of the cleanse and it was mostly 'nasty stuff' that exited my body and has not DARED to return!!

The only way I know to do this is to cut out or back on the carbs - bread, potatoes, and sugar mainly, pasta also. It's hard but it's the best way I know - also if you increase your protiens that will help.

Chocolate is my downfall but found a way to work with it. I would get a bag of Hershey's Kisses and allow myself a set number each day - when I was really working at lossing it was 2 kisses each day. It was enough to give me my chocolate fix but didn't kill me in the calories - far from the whole candy bar I would have liked to have.

I think it is very possible. I was never in such a thing like a diet, since I love food, but actually i am pretty skinny, so no need there. But my husband need it so I was taking diet with him to support him. We tried south beach diet, when you should not eat any sugar in your food and it really worked. i have no idea how much my husband lost , but his jeans fit one's again. You should see his happy face yesterday. And if you add some workout(what he didn't)i am sure you can do it. Hope to know about your success soon. You can do it,girl.

You can, but you'll have to be very committed to continuing your diet afterward to stabilize your metabolism. Eat almost exclusively raw fruits and vegetables. Eliminate all refined flours and sugars, and anything artificial. Only fish, chicken and turkey for meats and no sauces. Then exercise a lot, both weights and aerobic at least 5 times a week. Don't forget to get 8 hours of sleep every night because if you don't you'll eat too much. Drink plently of water to help flush out the metabolized fat and toxins, especially after you exercise.

To me.. Diet is such a harsh word, I like to think of it as a lifestyle change because you can't crash on lifestyle change but you sure can on a diet. I would say drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, have at least 5 servings of fruits & vegetables a day, try to have 2 types of good oils a day (olive oil is the best to cook with) and 2 servings of milk.
Eat more throughout the day and with this you don't have to exercise much but it will help if you do. Being active never hurt anyone :)
Watch your portions and maybe keep a journal of what you eat. Hope that helps

yes, it is possible to loose 10lbs in three weeks even more. my girlfriend lost 30 pound in a month by using phytoshape. you can go the website or look for a local distributor in your area. it will make you eat less but you have to drink a lot of water , it is herbal ant it won't make you always go to the toilet. there are no side effects. a lot of celebrities who are using it.

Yes highly possible. I lost 8 pounds in 1 week 27 in 3. You can do it safely and you do not have to starv youself. It is actually totally simple, lose more calories than you eat. Calories make you full, so instead of eating low calorie foods that leave you hungry have that big breakfast medium lunch and small dinners. Do no eat at night and get a decent amount of exercise. Do not starv yourself if you are truly hungry eat. Because we cannot tell if we are hungry or thursty drink 2 glasses of water before a meal, and always walk before you eat this is so you dont get hungry after your walk. Stay hydrated if you dont drink enough water your body holds water. Also if you try and starv yourself your body WILL think your starving and preserv fat. You need to exercise eat and drink its totally possible and you would be doing it the right way!

I lost ten lbs in two weeks on Jenny Craig. They put me on 2100 calories because I'm still nursing. When I eat less I stay the same weight and I'm really tired.
I don't want to continue losing so quickly though, its better to lost 1-3 lbs each week - and stays off longer. Remember the first five or ten lbs many times is water weight. Not fat. The slower you lose, I learned in my years doing weight loss consulting, the more likely you'll keep it off.
My advice, lots of water, reduce calorie intake - not more then 1200 calories though and excercise - oh and little or no processed food. Eat a rainbow each day for health - a variety of foods in all different colours, vegetables fruit etc.
Oh and eat slowly - it gives your brain more time to catch up to your stomach - it takes a few minutes for that signal to be sent to the brain to tell it your full. I do this by eating everything with chopsticks.
Good luck - I'm positive you'll do great!

I lost 7 pounds in a week by keeping below 1200 calories a day, spreading my food out through the day - so having small meals and snacks. Also making sure that I did not eat anything more than 150 calories after 6pm. I did not increase my exercise that much but I walk everyday anyway and some days I burned off a few calories on my exercise machine.

10 lbs. is possible but I don't think that's healthy. I think 4 lbs. is the safe limit. You can try walking for at least an hour a day. You can also try a green tea pill. Healthy Options has this ThermoGreen Tea tablet. It worked for me.
Oh and do limit your rice intake. If you can take it off your diet completely, that would be better.

I found that eating oatmeal 2 times a day, once in the morning and again at night helped me loose weight quickly and easily. I don't really know how it worked but it did.

I have lost 15 pounds in a little less than three weeks. I recently had back surgery and had quit smoking a year ago. Needless to say I put on way too many pounds. Now, I can actually walk around (my only exercise), but I have totally changed the way I eat, utilize a free website with some wonderfully supportive people and resources and just this past week, I started using the Alli product. You just have to really stick with the changes and change your lifestyle, not just change to lose the weight.
