Need advice on link selling..

Yesterday someone contacted me with the proposal to buy links on my blog. It's a PR2 blog, and they said that want a text link in each on my blog posts, asked what is the price. I never had such offers and don't know what is the price on the market, can anyone advice?

hey i got that offer too last week. a guy contacted me to buy 4 links on my news blog.
the price is $10 per link so i will $40.
he said he's paying through paypal. i agreed on the proposal only if i will receive the payment. i think there's no problem in placing the links on my blog since the posts were already there. i'm yet to received an email though. but why not give it a try there's nothing to lose isn't it?

update: i just read an email from the guy who will be buying link form my blog. he will be the one to provide me with the paragragp with keywords links on it.
after you place the text on your blog the payment will be processed. hope to hear from you if you also do the same thing. maybe we can exchange ideas on this.
