Earnings and discussions

I had been not doing good with my earnings here lately. I had been quite busy with other things that I only log in to MyLot to check what's new. When I first joined MyLot, I was determined to earn much, however, I only do it for leisure now. I do not force myself when there's really nothing to say. But there are days that I participate actively and there are lots that i want to share. One of the recent discussions I started had 4o plus responses however, I felt that the number of response does not really matter much on the earnings. But it is good to know that people respond to the topic you posted.

Yeah it is like that for me too. I have been on here for a week now and so far I have been earning 20c up to 28c. But tonight I only got 8c, what a let down. I did not post as many discussions or responses though, as I had a busy day but still spent a good couple of hours. Somedays I can think of lots of things to write, I think it depends on what I hear during the day or things that I might see might give me inspiration. I was hoping that your earnings did increase if more people responded to my discussions, well I guess not since you said you had lots of responses. WEll back to the drawing board, maybe we can dream up some discussions, lol. Happy mylotting!!

I'm sorry to hear that. I try to respond to other member discussions more than post alot of them myself. I have a hard time thinking of new discussions also. I spend alot of time responding back to others when they reply to my discussions also. Some days I am short of time to spend in Mylot though and I make less.

Hi there. Well, you are not alone. It also happen to me. There are days when I couldn't make any discussion or respond to any of the discussions here. That means I am here at myLot but doesnt earn any cent. What I do is just read the views and information that I get from myLot users. Anyway, I am not here just for the money.

Some days the brain is just asleep. I find that if I start by doing some responses first, I may come up with some silly old topic for starting a discussion. Just a matter of getting the fingers moving first and the brain follows? Anyway, I'm still learning how this site works. Took me absolutely forever to find where to change preferences so I would receive email notification of discussions. That makes quite a difference for me anyway in the amount of responses I will go back and do. Here's to more than pennies a day!

On days when I just don't feel I have anything good to add to a discussion or when I just don't have any new discussions to start, I spend my time reading other posts, and rating responses and discussions. If I'm truly not interested in a discussion, I move on and don't rate. Even on days when I haven't posted much, I still like to see what others are doing and thinking.

Yes, definitely. No matter how many discussions I post or respond to, my earnings just won't change for quite a bit. But I guess that's the way mylot works now, this used to be a very wonderful site. I enjoy reading and posting at discussions, work less and earn fairly. Ahh, those days seemed to be just a memory for me now!LoL

Well, we all have a lucky day and a bad day. Yesterday I feel glad because my earnings was updated twice. When I look at it yesterday evening, from $2.27 it becomes 2.43 and I was shock when I open mylot in the morning, my earnings increased to $1.64. I don't know why is that, but maybe the admin has just credited my account because I got two days, I didn't receive earnings update. I was so glad about it, and has plan early this morning to post as many as possible, but then I was not able to, coz I am too busy, as a result, I only have a very low earnings for today.

Don't forece yourself,whatever there is no boss order you must do it, and there is not only earn money from here,you can also get many information and friends here. No matter how many discussions you post or respond to.If you don't know what to say, just reading... Maybe you have many things to discuss next days. :)

LOL Shame to hear that, I just signed up today and I am really enjoying myself here on mylot, the discussions are really great and people here are really nice! I am looking forward to chatting to you all!
