I feel like kissing in the rain looks romantic. Other than that I do not know what are they trying to imply. I have never kissed someone in the rain but maybe, I would give that a try someday with someone I love.

I think it is also romantic, maybe that's the picture they are pass across. I'll look forward to a day I have the opportunity to do that too.

I also believe it is a romantic scene. I have never kissed in the rain either, but once when I was very young, I met a girl at a lake on Long Island, and before the day was over we were kissing underwater. It was an experience I haven't forgotten until this day.

It is both exciting and thrilling. You get caught in the moment and feel like there's no one else but you and the world is spinning around you! I wish everyone can experience it because it's such a great, wonderful, exhilarating feeling
But it has to be spontaneous. You cannot just think "oh, it's raining, maybe we should kiss". It has to happen at the right time, and of course with the right person.

I have never kissed anyone in the rain, but after reading some of these responses for those who have, I most definitely need to try it!
I've always had a fantasy about making love out in the open during a thunderstorm, so that would include kissing in the rain. But by the sounds of it, even just the kissing would be hawt! ;)

hey there bunmi! happy day 2u! I have kissed in teh rain and i wil tell you its the most romantic..sensual thing i have almost encountered..I was in a tisk with one of my exes..and i ran outside to get air and calm down..he knew he was in the wrong..and came outside with me..sayin how sorry he was..and then he put his hands on my face..and geve me a passionate kiss..it was a warm summer night..and teh rain was coolish but niot cold..and felt good on my skin..and the water dripping off our bodies..it was hott!! we ended up making mad love on my car!!! hahah!! but the kiss..is something i will never ever forget..
