First of all, Welcome to MyLot gemini_rose. I hope you enjoy your time here! :) My husband is now home safely and It is now 11:40AM here. The snow is still coming down here and has been for at least six hours!!! It has been very cold here also lately but I hope the snow stops soon! :) Thanks so much for your response here on this cold and blustery day! ~Heavens~

Thanks so much sugerfloss for dropping by so late in the evening to share my day with me! :) My husband should be home within the hour, I am hoping, and my son is here with me so he will be fine and safe as we will be in all day today! I too like the summer and wish we did not get snow LOL Funny as I was raised here in Canada but I still don't like the mess snow makes for traveling!! Thanks heavenschild! I actually start to like myLot a lot(sorry for the word game). here it was suppose to start at 10pm also, but we are expecting so much snow here the ride back is going to be awful, I just hope my boss will let me leave earlier because of the bad weather.

Thanks. I spent quite a long time sleeping, and now look how late I'm up. My daughter had fun, but she came in soaking wet, and has to work in the morning. They've shovelled off our 'interlock,' for the second time, and were actually able to plow out the driveway, because 'there was no car in it.' Take care.

Hi Mom, It has been snowing for 13 to 14 hours and there is sooooo much out there now!!! My husband arrived home around 11AM and went back out about five hours later to clean off the car and do some more shoveling and I was shocked when I looked out to see how much snow was on the roof of the car!!! A few inches it looked to me but I am a bad judge!! I only know that it is most snow I have seen on a vehicle in years and I am not exagerating here! This is the biggest storm we have had here in years! I'm just glad that I did not have to go out today! :) I am sure your daughter will have fun sleding with all of that new snow :) Take care and I hope you have a nice relaxing evening.
