you work with the person you don't like. Will you ignore her/him?or will you show that you don't like him/her?

Well ..At work you should be professional..You should concentarte on the job to be done and if you have a job related issue than discuss it with him calmly and let him share his concerns with you ..This may help build a rapport between both of you ..and lead to better working relationships...If these discussions dont work ...then you may take up the matter to your higher authories in the organisation. I hope that the first method works with you and you will have good friend made at your work place. All the best

Thanks! I try to do work with all my best whenever she's around. I don't find any problem with it. Only we don't talk and look at each other.

its what im experiencing now...as much as i would wanna ignore her i cant coz we are only 3 in the office...and i cant pretend to b ok in most cases that will lead me to make unproffessional actions like laughing at her the loud way....its also my problem...its spoiling my day all the time...i tend to see her as a devil clown..so bad

Before I can't stand when she was around. Now I try to accept that we're colleagues and I can do nothing with it. I need my bad feelings to let go even sometimes I see her as a devil clown just what you see also. I can't talk and look at her except when it's necessary. I don't have a choice.

I work with plenty of people I don't like. Generally I ignore them but if they approach me with something I strongly voice my opinion. There was this one guy I worked with before he got fired I could not stand. He knew I didn't like him and he would make it a point to come past my desk or interrupt me when I was talking to someone else. It got so bad that I told him if he bothered me one more time he would find himself laying on the pavement after the 4 story fall he would take after I pushed him through a window. I wasn't serious but I got my point across and he didn't bother me again after that.

I've had that problem, working with people I can't stand. I ignore them most of the time. If I absolutely have to talk to them, I stay professional, make it quick and get away from them LOL.

Funny how the first responder mentioned how her annoyer got fired! The same thing happened at my place of occupation too. I try to be like the others, and remain professional, not lose my cool, ignore him and complete my work. I've let it slip a few times that I'm annoyed, which unfortunately seems to egg them on. But if you just keep to your work, soon they'll find someone else to annoy, or even better, get removed!
