Windows or Linux

How about Winux.I do not know if it exists or not.But its agood idea.LOL

I m using Windows on my PC...

i go for windows only...bcoz it is user friendly .... mostly people had spent time with windows more than with linux...but in cse of linux the security is high and the possiblities of gettin a virus in linux is almost nill....so if you want a better interface and interaction go for windows...or else linux will suit you....

It depends on your needs. If you need a free OS, then there are plenty of great free linux distros. If you game or use a lot of commercial software, then Windows is for you.

The best is Linux. The worst is OS X.

I wouldnt say that any OS is better than the other, because it all depends what your using it for! there is a load of OS's available, but if forced to pick I'd bypass windows and Linux alltogether and use OSX on the Mac, for the average user its a smooth experience with no where near they amount of problems/bugs/glitches/tempremental behaviours of Windows. Linux is best if you need to do complicated stuff because its secure(ish) and completely customisable.

i think... its linux.. its just programmers dream.... to learn more ways on jogging around in linux

Linux is not an OS, it is a kernal that Linux distros are based off of. For games, Windows is superior, but for speed, compatibility with legacy hardware, security, open source, Linux is by far superior. There are tons of different versions for different consumers and it does not get malware like Windows.

i like windows because it has the best gui interface and is user friendly and has the best software available for the average consumer whereas linux is not that user friendly although it is available lot cheaper than windows.

Linux is a cool OS, but I would haveto say windows, its much more user friendly and much easier to understand.

Well there isn't really the best OS because everybody prefers something else.
