who is your favorite fictional vampire?

Sorry, but I found Jean Claude to be nothing but a poor man's Lestat of Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. Now he is a vampire to fall in love with; wit, charm, arrogance, beauty, power, darkness and flaws to make him vulnerable... *yum* And then there's Spike of Buffy fame; arrogance, hot looks, power, darkness and flaws to make him vulnerable. Anyone see a pattern emerging? lol Alucard of Hellsing is awesome... he's just so... evil! No weakness in that arrogant, whimsical, maniac. Haji of Blood+... just... adorable! "Saya, fight..." I think that sums up my top bunch.

Hands down for Lestat! Jean Claude is sexy, but Lestat to me has more to offer with his charisma.

I agree with every single pick that Shard gave, but I have a few of my own. Ash Redfern from the Night World series. He has that great bad boy thing going on, but has a sweet, sensitive side to him to go along with it, which makes him irresistible. The same goes for John Quinn and Morgead Black, from the same series. L.J. Smith had such a great way of writing the perfect-for-teen-girls-to-drool-over bad boy vampires. I also liked Drusilla, from BtVS (since this isn't just a who's the hottest contest). She was such an interesting character, and she was so pretty. And last but not least, Damien from the Maggie Shayne Twilight series. He was great, and you just have to love it when the guy's the original vampire. ^_^

My favorites are Louis and Lestat from Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. I like Louis because he is soooo dramatic, but because of this he has a lot of emotions. Lestat is a really interesting and complex character.

well book wise Edward Cullen from the Twilight books seems to be rather awesome and pretty attractive. He is my favorite so far! I've also got to give Kudos to Lestate...he just rocks lol. As for movies, although I hated this movie, I think the Lestate from Queen of the Damned was pretty darn good looking and protrayed some of the powers he possess.
