Driving is a privilage, not a right. If you want the privilage of driving, you should have to pay for it.

I know my Highschool taught Drivers ed, but I went to a driving school wjhen I was first learning to drive. Personally I don't feel you get enough time in the highschool setting to really learn to drive. Now that I'm older, I am also a firm beliver that the driving age should be raised. I get really tired of seeing these young kids driving crazy everyday. A car is a dealy weapon if not used properly, and it really should to be tougher to get a license.
