what do you do when you are bored?

If it's one thing I hate I really hate boredom. What would make me bored is if there was no internet or no computer. As a computer guy I'm on the internet most of the time whether I am at home or at work. But then sometimes too at work in my office when there is no computers to fix and being an admin I get bored just sitting down when there is nothing to do. I usually go online to Youtube, check my Yuwie or Mylot as usual. During the weekends I go and visit my sister and her husband and we all have a time to get together, talking, watching movies and playing Poker at the night time. So it is always good to keep motivated, have fun and not live a life of boredom. Actually I find it that boredom kills and drives people nuts or frustrated.

When I feel boring,I usually go for a walk ,to have a window shopping=] or go to have a coffee and read a book.I believe that if you feel boring something would happen.Because when I'm boring and I will go out to do something to make me happy.And I always meet new people through this time.

we all do not like feel bored, but sometimes boring is surly be there beside us. when I feel bored, I always buy a new magazine and read it while listening to some new songs. Sometimes I go to KTV with my roommates ,and we sing as much as we like . But it's not useful everytime. Maybe I just be in a daze , or sleep for a while . I wish everyone will not bored anymore .

I find I get bored very easy, I wish I didn't. Noticed as I get older the more bored I get, 29 years now. When I am bored I: jump on the net, write, sing, call a friend, watch a movie or the tv, go for a walk, or clean. Looking into more hobbies though as need mroe excitement.

usually i feel bored in holiday like this month. if so, i try to do all the small things that can be done like sweeping my house, browsing, checking email etc. if nothing that can i do, usually i sleep or go to my friends house to talk about anything.

When I am bored I usually get online and chat with my sister. Sometimes I read, write, scrapbook or play with Photoshop. I call my family on the phone or write a letter to my brother in Iraq. I clean...even though that is not fun or exciting. If my husband is home, we might play a game together. Or, we might leave and go for a drive and just talk or window shop. I hate boredom! :)

when things get monotonous and dull, i push myself to be interested in anything that surrounds me. it may be movies, people, sky, books, internet, or food. anything will do. i learn that it is all about perception and disposition. if i get interested, things change and i have fun.

This one I can definitely relate to where you're coming from. Even where I work here in Makati work is nothing new, working at the late shift it does tend to get boring. So after work when I get off I sometimes go to the internet cafe to check my emails, chat too and use Mylot - My doesn't everyone already have Mylot? Haha! I live alone no TV, no CD Player, I just go there to sleep, wake up shower, eat and go to work. I have friends that come over to keep me company and at times we go malling. Life of course here in Manila is nothing new and of course like you said the busy life hits you once you step into it.

when i'm bored? i don't think i ever get bored nowadays especially now that i have mylot to work on -- but hey i'm human so i'll fire away. when i get bored, there's no place else to find me but typing my way infront of my laptop. blogging, checking out cool new sites, and the all time favorite is of course playing online games.

I usually don't have a problem of getting bored. I live a life where there is always someone needing my attention. With 5 kids and a boyfriend it gets hectic. However there are the occasional times I get bored so I usually get online and play poker, pick up a book, write something, or dance. Some reason I have been dancing a lot more recently too, so I must be getting cabin fever with the cold weather around.

Well for about the past few days or week I have been really working alot harder than I ever really have so I haven't had alot of time to get bored because of work....but whenever I really get bord and there is absolutely nothing else to do I will usually head out doors to see if i can find something else to do that is not boring....sometimes I just start walking and trying to get some extercise because I haven't really had time to do that lately...or whenever I am done working or whatever and get bored I just think if there is anything else I need to do that i havent yet!

I pick up crafts. At the moment I've picked up making little felt stuffed animals and have a lot of fun with it. Other stuff, reading books, playing video games and I seem to bake a lot when I am bored. I just enjoy making muffins/cakes and stuff when the time is there.
