If you are asking what is the different between networking basics and intermediate networking..I will tell you what I have heard before but I don't know if this is true or not but it sounds like it may be true...I have heard that networking basics is like where you have a router at home and you set up the router on the main computer that has the modem with it and just add people to the router so that they can use the internet too...and the intermediate networking is where you do basically the same thing just in a office!

I think networking basics cover the fundamental aspect of networking like how two or more PCs can be connected together, and the difference between Local Area Network and Wide Area Network and also setting up basic network between PCs.
Intermediate Networking would go deeper including the setting of security, network sharing, network printing and even wireless networking to some aspects...
