A comfortable sleep is very necessary for mental and physical health. You should try to sleep early in the at night and try to get up very early in the morning. This will also help you to sleep well. Your bed should be placed in calm and quit environment; if it is not kept in such place then you should change the sleeping place. Feel easy just before and after going to your bed. Stop thinking and worrying about some problem if you are facing. This may help you for comfortable sleep. Eight hours sleep is considered as an average sleep. I usually sleep for nine hours. Less than this much sleep cause me sick or tired in day time. so I try to keep me sleep for 9 hours a day.

Hello, shotgunner! well,i get only 4 hours of sleep during night and another 2 hours in the morning which means i usually go to bed at about 2 am. and gets up at 8 am.so daily 6 hours of sleep is enough for me.this habit i had developed since my college years some 45 years back and continuing till my seventies.however adult human has the biological need to sleep atleast 7/8 hours every day.out of these, core sleep which is usually 4 hours is of utmost importance to keep body and mind fit.thank you.
