Do you own a dog?

Is your landlord's dog's name "Tripod?" I had a friend with a 3-legged dog, that could run/maneuver like the wind and that's what he called him. I had 4 dogs, now have 2, as 2 have passed on! Current two are; Tosh, & Brew! I owned both "Mac" and "Tosh" (my son named them as we have a toffee available in Canada called "MacInTosh" which was his favourite, and these were his dogs!) "Brew" is a registered Jack Russell, but I got him through a rescue center, and he came with his papers and his registered name was; "Salishan Bruiser," so we have shortened it to "Brew." My son is now 27 yrs. old & "Brew" (after his favourite now which is Budweiser.) LOL Trainers have always suggested to me, it is better to name animals short/single syllable names. I would have to write a book to relay the hilarity of my pets! This is my first Jack Russell & what I didn't know is that they love to climb, so I find him on top of my truck, my refrigerator, and I can't leave a ladder up anywhere or he's on top of wherever it's leaning.

We have an all black labrador retriever female who was named Rose by the our 2 girls. They didn't like any "black" names like Midnight, or Blackie, they wanted a pretty name like Rose. That's girls for you! Rose likes me best out of everyone, probably since I did most of her training. When my husband is downstairs by himself, she'll stay in her cage, but as soon as she hears my footsteps on the stairs she comes running into the living room, waiting for me. Tink :D
