Are u able to login yahoo in india thru RELIENCE connection?

Mine is a Relience communications I'net broadband connection and I am not able to login yahoo or gmail, even the page of login is not opening, Is anybody could open it in last three days?

are yaar all over india 60% internet is down because under ocean seas an ancor of ship has broken the cables so 15 to 20 day it will require to repair all cables
