i came to her house when i was 14 and was only supposed to be there for a weekend and then be in a new foster home. but she asked to keep me:) and i was there till i was 18.

wow! that is really nice. good for the both of you. me, i can say that i am blessed with wonderful friends. they are true friends. coz even if we lose touch for so many years -- God always makes a way to bring us together again. i have one friend in college, she was the one who taught me alot of things. she taught me the true meaning of professionalism. we joined in the same organization. but when she got pregnant and got banished from their home -- i lost touch with her because she went into hiding. just this year -- we just bumped on each other. and now we're closer as ever. we are even business partners now.

I practically grew up with my high school friends. We were like inseparable brothers. But in late college and after college I lost contact with them for several years. Then I bumped into one of them in a mall. We exchanged cellphone numbers and that was how we got together again. It was a great feeling because I really consider them as lifelong friends.

Actually has been a few times that it happened
One guy that went to the same church as I did, stopped going because of being in school and then club bands. I saw him again when he started an ice cream route. He disappeared again until he and his wife split and walked into the bar I shot pool at. Since then we have been in contact.
Another one is someone I know online. We used to chat on the same chat program (MSN) and when that went pay we sort of split and then met each other again last year. After a couple months it's like it was when MSN shut down.

Oh, I can confirm that feeling is so fantastic and unforgetable. After all, it feels like happening in your dream but fortunately it is true!OK, for my own part, I used to face up with this situation, too. Those three are my primery-school classmates and we haven't kept track of each other for about six years. It seems that we have forgoten each other but one sweet day when there came a ringing and~~~Oh MY GOD!It was him! We talked for quite a long time(my poor bill~~)and made a deal to come out to take a party with other two primary-school classmates. It's really a miracle and now we four are becoming special best friends and get together almost every semester.

I really wish i had come back into contact with someone i have become astranged with. i lost touch with someone really close to me and i really made no effort of contacting her. From the time we lost contact to when i started thinking about her again i felt like too much time had gone by. Thinking back perhaps then may have not been too much time as where no too much time has defintly passed.
