I just signed a new two year contract with AT&T for my cell phone plan. I need a new cell phone battery that I have to recharge twice a week. Instead of buying a new battery I went to Mypoints and am going to get 2,000 points + four free phones. I have four phones in the my plan. I was going to get my son a new backberry which was free but did you guys know that you have to buy a 6 month plan of 30 or 60 dollars to recieve email and get on the Internet with it. I do not have 30 dollars extra to pay for Internet on his phone. He lives out of state and sends me a check every fourth month for his share of the bill and he does not have an extra 30 or 60 dollars a month for Internet on his phone. If he did not have Internet at his home then he could consider it but why have Internet both places. He is not one to be needing the stock quotes and he is not in school. I am getting a RAZOR. I am looking forward to that because it has a MP3 Player in it and a radio. I do not have a MP3 player and would love to listen to music when working. The best part is the phones are fee and I already am a customer of AT&T. What type of cell phone do you have? Do you listen to music on your cell phone?

i like the blackberry phones but it is quite expensive and the QWERTY phones for us here in our country are not text nor sms friendly because we do a lot of texting rather than calling. here in our country , we can just go around a corner store and buy a new phone every month and the network providers are not phone specific that means we can use any phone to any other network and it does not need to be programmed . Pre paid cards are very popular . as for the phones , i have a motorola vxi and it works fine with me me because ita has a camera and can store music and videos , i just need to upgrade my memory card to higher gigabytes no need for me to buy an ipod nor a multimedia player, this will do.

i know it is sad to know that people in the U.S is being charged for the texts and calls that you receive and you do not have any choice but to pay for it once you opened them.Unlike here in our part of the world , we consumers are in control, we only pay for the calls and texts we send and how we want it.and there is a net work that only charges through prepaid cards $3.65 unlimited texting and 4 hours of talk time for a whole month. Most of us her have three cellphones with three different networks.we can also share our minute loads with each other of the same network and we can even store monsy in our phones and use them to buy in a dept store, like a debit card.

When I was working for my last place of business I had a pager and two cell phone. The pager and one cell phone was for work and one cell phone was for my personal usage. I was having trouble keeping all straight. I cannot imagine having three cell phones. LOL

if you are here in our country , it is easy because there are no frills. buy any phone since the network providers here are not phone specific and almost all the phones have an open line.buy a specific load card and just enter it to the phone.most phones are sold for a bargain and the minut loads are very inexpensive.

My husband got me the LG and all i use it for is calls and texting. I don't use the internet because you have to pay for it and i don't use it to listen to music because i think they charge too. I just wanted a simple phone to incoming and outgoing phones and texting to my family overseas LOL oh and a clock to tell the time and set an alarm on it, thats it. Apparently he got the phone free through a pizzahut deal so getting it free was great but the plans that Verizon have are expensive in my book. When you add things on you have to pay more. We should of stuck with AT&T. we live and learn :)

Would't it be easier if we know all so we would not make mistakes. I wish I had known some of the things I know now so I would not have made some of the huge mistakes I have made in the past.

I have the iphone, but I've found that when I listen to music on it, it eats the battery, so I don't do it.
