Have you ever received one of those emails? It is from a person that claims to be administering a Trust or Bank account of a recently deceased person holding some obscene amount of money (25 million USD) and needs your to help them launder the money so they can extract it from the trust.
Have you ever responded to one of these email?
If so, what happened?
I find it hard to believe there are so many people trying to pull this scam.

i get those all the time too. I just ignore them now, but my dad sends them an email back that says f*** off. Not too polite, but what they are trying to do is worse in my eyes. I don't even open them anymore. Just delete them. I can't believe that they think people will fall for those still after all the publicity surrounding the scams has been aired. They will be coming up with something else next. Just wait.

Those are so annoying!! I get about 6 or 8 a week!! Sometimes I reply with all kinds of what they can do with it or I just spam it. I wish the spam button was like a trap door to scammer hell or something! #:)

When I receive that kind of email, I I tend to ignore it because I feel like replying to them would be such a waste of time.
I cannot believe some people try to scam others thinking that other people are dumb enough to believe them. I hope they would realize that it's such a shameless act.
