I say you should build your own. Buy good pieces and a good case and then either install it yourself or ask a cmputer guy to do it. The only thing you need is quite a bit of money. You need a good motherboard - try intel im not sure which one though but with a good processor like 5000+ or more. You need RAM (memory) You dont really need more then 1GB but 2 GB is always better. A good graphics card. I suggest NVIDEA 8800 GeForce GTX. Windows XP profesional or windoes vista basic. 500GB Internal harddrive or buy a harddrive that the size will fit to your liking... I think this is all you need, but I am not that advanced with computers yet. I suggest going to this site. You can choose all your hardware and software and they build it all themselves with a sexy case. The only prob is they are pretty expensive. http://www.alienware.com Hope this helped!

If you decided to build your own there is a chance that you could mess up certain parts or get a faulty motherboard, but other than that buidling your own computer lets you choose exactly the specifications (as long as you have enough money), my current set up that i built has 2gb of ram, intel core duo processor and a 320gb internal hard drive and it runs great. But if your wanting to buy one you can be pretty limited and in the long run you could be spending more money, but in most computer shops there are always some good offers and you could pick up a good bargain.

hmmm, hello marketing07, if you are not seeking for any brand, you could buy a computer by pheripherals, example, you could buy processor, motherboard, cd rom , hardisk, powersuply etc according to your needs or your jobs, using this method you will save a few money and offcourse your computer will be as good as your needs, so the first problem may be you should decide what for your computer for ? design, daily activity, etc ? , hope can help you a little marketing07.

I have Dell computer and I think it's good. Its price is very reasonable. Besides, its quality and after-sale service is good. If you have any problems, you can call their engineers and they will try to help you to solve the problems.
