How to Drive Traffic to Your Blog?

I have created a blog and with Adsense setup. However I can't seems to be able to attract enough people to my blog. So my revenue from Adsense is really little. Anybody has good ideas or methods to drive traffic to a blog? My blog is as below

Does anyone tried buying traffic before? Does it actually work?

Traffic exchange. That helps a bit for the starters. Its simple, you view other people sites while they view yours.
