sleepping late into deep night

Once upon a time,I always had a lot of classes in the day time.I had to do other things at night,into deep night.And now it becomes one of my habits.Concerntrating all my attention,no interruption,I can enjoy my work and study effectively and efficiently.Definetly,it leads to my getting up late next morning and sometimes sleepy in the day time.Will you keep this habit if you were me?

Hello,green! during my college career i was also reading in the night and i go to sleep usually at 2 am.and the habit still continues today in my 70s.but it is vital for an adult to sleep atleast 7/8 hours out of these,the core sleep which usually is 4 hours is of utmost importance.sleep is a metabolic regulator and sleep disorder affect metabolism.sleep loss or sleep deprivation acute or chronic,,partial or total has adverse effectson the body's systems causing ill health and disease.prolong sleep loss may even become fatal.so you have to sleep atleast 7/8 hours daily and keep your body and mind fit.thank you.all the best.

Thank you my friend:)I know it is not good to have such habit ,but I havn't realize that it effects so much . I will try to form a good habit of sleeping.Best wishes,too.

i wont keep this habit if i am you. but sometimes if have to much of works then have to sleep late. i also have same situation as yours. sometimes i sleep 5am.
