Well first of all you need a good processor.
5000+ processor is good or more.
A good graphics card, NVIDEA GeForce 8800 GTX or more
A llot of storage 500GB harddrive is perfect.
A good flat screen monitor 17" would be nice to but 22" is perfect...
This is what I have in my computer and it is perfect for gaming

i guess any latest PC in the market now will do the job. The main thing that you need is a good processor, preferly the dual or quad type. High RAM, anything higher than 1GB is good. Super quality video card. Of course, you also need a very good cooling fan or some kinda "water" cooling device in your CPU. This will ensure all your hardware is running perfectly.

A great gaming rig always starts with the video card
I love ATI's Crossfire Graphics Cards, Get 2 PCI-Express Crossfire cards to start!
A 3.2GHZ+ Processor is very helpful, and make sure to get 2GB or more of RAM Memory.
500GB of Hard Disk space is a good amount, but its so cheap now a day that you could get 2TeraBytes for pretty cheap haha.
Sound, Get 5.1 Sound Speakers for ultimate gaming as well, and a 21" Monitor or more!
and don't forget wireless internet router :)
