I hate clothes shopping. I don't think I got the female shopping gene. Buying clothes for me is usually a spur of the moment thing. If I happen to see the jeans I wear in my size on the clearance rack at the farm store, I'll buy them. (You have to keep in mind that I live and work on a farm, and I train horses, so Wranglers are usually my jeans of choice.) I usually get lucky and can get my jeans for 15-20$ which is a good deal when they're usually 35-40$.... as for shirts... I like kohls, and when I go buy clothes for the kids for school, I might pick up a few of the 8$ t-shirts for myself.

walmart is way more conveinient. and they have cute clothes:) i dont mind it at all. i havent even been in a mall for over a year now LMAO.:(

It's funny though, I actually have a husband who would loves to take me shopping and wants to buy me dressy clothes. He doesn't mind going in Victoria's secret. He even will walk through the underwear and bras when I decide I have to buy some new ones. He would spend all day at the mall having me try on clothes if I would.
We are in a rural area, so my trips to the big cities with real malls take an hour to get to, and our local stores consist of Wal-mart. But he would make a special trip with me to the big city if I said I wanted to go shopping!!! Talk about a mis-match.... I know women who would kill for a man like that.. (Not to mention he is a great cook, he helps with housework, and he's a massage therapist!!) God how did I get so lucky?????

I rarely buy myself new clothes. It has probably been at least a year since I bought myself new clothes. I did buy some new underwear several months ago, but that does not really count. I buy clothes for my kids a lot, but not for me. I wear the same clothes until they start falling apart practically. I may break down and buy myself a few things with my tax money this year.

I rarely buy new clothes anymore. I just recently had to buy three new pairs of jeans, which thankfully were on sale and were a lot cheaper than they would have been had I bought them when they were not on sale. However, those jeans are the newest thing of clothing that I've gotten in probably over a year or more. I don't buy new clothes often. Don't really see the need to. I buy what I can, when I can and when I need it.

I shop all the time I bought 3 pairs of jeans yesterday. And a new pair of Nikes and a new pr of boots. I didn't set out to get the boots. They were on sale for 20 and are so comfy. I wanted a new pair of Nikes. I went to Kohl's just to get them. I haven't shopped myself for myself in awhile. I usually just shop for my daughter. I cannot pass up a great deal though.

I shop mainly at thrift stores & Walmart for clothes. Its not often that I do but there is this awesome thift store nearby my house and its called Designer Again they have nice clothes. I can find some awesome stuff in there. Nice pants for work. 2 bucks! Sometimes the stuff is brand new. I will continue this even if I win the lotto. My habits have been ingrained for life.

I buy clothes every few months...nothing that's ever more than $5 each...I really splurged for my birthday present for myself by getting a hooded sweatshirt i really liked for $10.
I do not buy my kids much clothes - usually we get enough hand me downs I don't have to get too much very often.

Since I have my daughter I buy clothes for me once or twice a year only. I'd like to buy more for me but there is not enough money. If I buy something for me I have a bad mind.

We make our cloths at rate of one pair per month. We get un sewed cloth from bazaar and hand it to our tailor master, he sew it and he hand it back to us. We do not purchase the ready made cloths, as those are very expensive here in our country.

Not often enough. I hardly ever buy myself any new clothes, and I really need some. But since I am going to be moving in the near future, to another province, i don't want to buy anymore. The less I own the less I have to move. I think I am going to leave most of my clothes behind and start fresh with buying new clothes when I get there.
It's funny how when we become moms we tend to forget about ourselves, and one of those things we forget to do is buy ourselves some new clothes. Buying ourselves something always makes us feel better, so we should be doing it more often,. It would probably help with our self esteem and our stress of everyday life.

Normally I will buy new clothes for myself by the end of the month after getting the paid. I think it is quite ok for a working woman to have new clothes every month or every other month so as to reward herself lol. I will buy new clothes before the celebration of the Chinese New Year as well. I bought two pairs of jeans, a pair of pants and two tshirts a couple of weeks ago for the grand festival.

I buy clothes if i have extra money and the clothes price should be affordable for me. If im gonna buy clothes, i dont really buy for a particular brand or price, as long as its style and color really nice and fit for me.

Before, I used to buy a lot of clothes but now, I'm more practical. I only buy the clothes I really need and only during Christmas. I want to look good during the holidays, lol! Though my husband always give me money to buy new clothes and things for myself, I always end up buying clothes for my little girl. I can't help it when I see a cute dress which I know will look good on her, I buy it. Well maybe, it's a mother-thing.
