Do you have 'pairs-vision' like I do?

I have noticed that, while you are single, you are prone to walking down, say a busy street, and can't help but see everything in pairs. This only highlights the fact that you are alone even more. For example, I could see couples everywhere, arm in arm, or pairs of birs flying together. It's pretty stupid, but it is still definitely something which I feel. Do any of you share this issue, as I have coined it, 'pairs-vision', and if so, do you do anything to overcome it?

Something inevitable I guess. You just tend to be more aware of those couples since you lack what they have, a partner like they have.
In any case, I'd recommend to find an alternative route to go by in case if it really does get to you, seeing couples at busy street.
For me, I simply just walk pass them while stealing glances and keep my opinions to myself like, "he could've worn a better suit than that.." or "she could at least let him get his arm drape on her shoulders.." or perhaps, "He should've laughed on that remark of hers.. is he really that slow on picking up..?"
Objective observations, maybe I could avoid those things I find awkward when my time comes and be observed by someone else who is single and maybe, that person would think "Why is he treating her at a cheap place like this?" ^_^;
