a profession for me! I really love to cook and receive compliments all of the time.
Are there any restaurant owners out there with any advice?
I know that it has to be a lot of hard work and requires much dedication, but I think that a good restaurant that focuses on healthy quick meals would be incredible.
My thought was to do a low key vegan restaurant without actually calling it vegan.
I'm not a vegetarian myself, but I think that it is possible to make great meals without meat.
If you could have any type of carry out food restaurant in your neighborhood, what kind would you want it to be???

If i could have any type of carry out food and they based it off of one type it would be salads. I can make all types and they are very healthy and good for the body. Not alot of meat in them, but you get all your veggies. I love to eat salads and eat them at least four times a week.

Salad is great!
It could potentially be a life changing restaurant because it would expose a person to vegetables that they may have never thought of eating.
Everyday the public views menus of unhealthy, grease filled, and often times bland foods. We indulge in these types of meals because they are often cost effective and within a stones throw of our current location.
Here is our chance to broaden our horizons and dispose of our preconceived notions of good food.
