The grocery store stare down!!

Today in the grocery store we had the baby in the cart. My friends brother, whom my daughter is scared of cause he is SOO TALL. He came up and grabbed her out of the cart without saying a word to me or my husband and she started to scream!! lol the looks of horror on the peoples faces around us was PRICELESS!! lol I think a lot of them figured that he was trying to steal her!!! haha. oh my. i wish i had had a camera for some of the looks.

My first inclination here was to tell you to give him a great big wallop in the head for doing that to her. Ok, it's my second inclination too. But I'm somewhat consoled by the looks you say he got from the other people in the store. Served him right. Geez, I still think you should wallop him.

lol. But she knows him fairly well.. i dont understand why she cries everytime he picks her up. lol. even if he puts his hands out to her she pulls her body as far away from his as she can get, or as far into me as she can tuck her face! lol. she's never been alone with him. so he's never hurt her, not that he would, just coverinng bases here. I dunno what it is about him. Most other men too, she doesn't like.. but she REALLY doesnt like him!! hehe. poor girl.

She'll get over it. It might actually be some kind of hard-to-get game. Maybe she really does like him, but won't show it????

That must have been hilarious to see the poeple just with the looks of horror of what is he doing to that baby. LOL!! But the poor little baby.. maybe if you guys chopped him off at the knees she'd feel better about it. LOL!! My one daughter was like that she was terrified of heights and anyone who was to tall couldn't hold her. LOL!!

Hello here !It's interesting !I think your friend is like her and want to make her happy ,but he don't know his tall could make the lillte girl crying .Don't be worry about this ,that will be ok next time and I think your lillte girl will love this tall uncle.Ha ha

Ha Ha It sounds like it was really funny...I can just imagine what the brother was thinking whenever he was picking the kid up expecting to play with it and all of a sudden the kid starts screaming at the top of its lungs....I mean how embarrassing that must have been when everyone started to look at the brother like what do you think you are going to do with that kid lol I really do think that the brother has learned his lesson...I don't think that the brother is going to be doing that again anytime soon!

I bet you did get some looks from people. They probably thought he was trying to kidnap her. Was he shopping with you guys or was he just in the store and seen you guys?

HHAHA poor cade. Emma dont like some of matts friends. There has been times when we would be driving to pick up one of matts friends and she owuld fall asleep then wake up and some strange person would be next to her and she woulkd freak out till me or matt would go sit back there to calm her down. But then some friends she was ok with even if she has never seen them before. but i have to say some of his friends do look pretty scary. I feel for her.

i had that but at the bus depot.. my friends husband got off one bus as me and jesse were waiting for another and he came up from behind me and stole my stroller.. he got like 2 feet away but random people were making there way over in a hurry i guess to get the creep that stole my kid... that is sooo intense

I am sure many thought they were witnessing an abduction, that is funny....
If it was my son, he would have screamed in delight..His brother is over 6 feet tall and he loves it when he picks him up and puts him in a flying position and flies him around..:)

OH the looks would have been priceless!!!I know some of the looks you get just because your kid is crying because you don't want to give them something that they will throw on the floor and break it...but to have some guy pull her out of the cart and her start screaming oh that would have been like a good just for laughs segment!!!
