Have you read Naoki Urasawa's Monster?

Its a drama, horror, mystery, detective fiction, psychological manga of Naoki Urasawa. About a good doctor deciding to follow his duty than the orders of treating a more preferable patient which resulted to a chain of unwanted events.
Have you read it? Not the typical mangas that I have read so far. The realism with detail as well was really something to take notice on. What can you say about it?

Sorry dude, I haven't read the manga. But I have watched the anime version, and according to what I've researched, it was created to be as faithful to the manga counterpart as possible.
And one more thing.. ALL HAIL JOHAN!!! ^^
