Mine are:
Jimmie: "I don't need you to tell me how f***!ng good my coffee is, okay? I'm the one who buys it. I know how good it is. When Bonnie goes shopping she buys S*!T. I buy the gourmet expensive stuff because when I drink it I want to taste it"
Pumpkin: Garçon! Coffee!
[the waitress approaches the table and refills Pumpkin's cup]
Waitress: 'Garçon' means boy.
Fabienne: Whose motorcycle is this?
Butch: It's a chopper, baby.
Fabienne: Whose chopper is this?
Butch: It's Zed's.
Fabienne: Who's Zed?
Butch: Zed's dead, baby. Zed's dead.
Mia: I'll be there in two shakes of a lamb's tail
Butch: I'll be back before you can say Blueberry pie.
Fabienne: Blueberry pie.
Butch: OK, maybe not that fast...

I like John Travolta's monologue in bathroom about that wasn't going to sleep with his boss' wife. And I like Uma and John's whole conversation at the restaurant, especially her demand that he dance in the contest. And " I love you honey Bunny."Let's face it Pulp fiction is full of great dialogue.

Yes, it is one of those classic films that you can see over and over and see or even hear something new each time.

Its very true, its one of the few films where I fully enjoy it, each and every time I view it. It never gets blurry in its entertainment value.

The part when Jules was about to blast away Bret, since Bret tried to hide away from Marsellus from hiding the suit case.
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."
Bret screams, "Nooooo!" And then gets blasted no remorse.
Haha! That was classic I love this movie. I can't even name many other memorable quotes from the movie. Even if the movie is 14 years old I still watch it.

I don't remember it word for word, but Sam Jackson's rant in the diner about being the shepard.
"The path of the righteous man is best on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men... And you will know my name is the lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."
Something like that..It is some really heavy Sh*t!

My favorites and still quoted often: "English, do you speak it?!?" , "I'm a mushroom-cloud layin mother f***!r, mother f***!r!", "That is a tasty burger!", "That's just pride f**!in wit cha." and my all time favorites, "Say what again mother f***!r, I dare you , I double dare you!" and "You happened to catch me in a transitional period and I don't want to kill you, I want to help you." Definitely a movie I can watch again and again.

Its funny how memorable those lines where and how non cliche they are. They are original and resonant in a creative way.
