Acquiring yahoo

Do anybody know that Microsoft company is going to acquire world's second largest website yahoo. The bidding price is 4460 cr. dollar. In the past i.e. in the year 2001 AOL acquired Time warner INC by 18200 cr. dollar. Microsoft was thinking to acquire yahoo since last year. In the opinion of MS comp after google yahoo is the second lasrgest internet,who can meet the challenge of google. In a latest survey it has been revealed that google website is very much popular and world wide accepted website and it captured 77% where as yahoo captured only 16%.

Microsoft is very much adamant to acquire yahoo. The giant microsoft openly expressed that they will acquire by hook or cook. Micro soft also warned that if yahoo is not interested then with the help of hostile take over they will acquire yahoo that means they will forcibly possess the maximum shares of yahoo. Micro soft also assured the employees of yahoo that they will not be retrenched and yahoo will be on silicon valley.
