Working in the company is quite hard , you must be able to work double time because you must be good to be productive in the company. For me. working in the hospital is quite difficult especially if people around you don't know about your work. They tend to misunderstood that what you are doing is for the company. I experienced just recently working w/ the chief nurse of the hospital. Being a social worker, i am authorized to get feedback in the hospital. This feedback survey will be answered by the patient itself and the watchers on what things they observed that must be improved. This survey only tells only true things they observe in the hospital and knowing that there is nothing wrong but just a help or reminder for the hospital for its imrovement. Our chief nurse then literally hated what i reported because she thought that what i do is for the nursing service to ruined which i really don't intend her to give malicous understanding. There is really inneed for a good communication for co-workers.
