When ICC has allowed Mualitharan to play and when he gets 500+ wickets, I think he cannot be a chucker. He has given tests in Australia also. So, his action must be alright.

sometimes it look like he chucks, but he is fine, His mone is like that only, some biomechnical test have been done, so he slitely bends more, same case with shoaib akhtar. It's fine
