Do you feel DISCOURAGED seeing no responses for your DISCUSSIONS???-

Yeah when I don't see any responses for my discussions in kind of upsets me. I always try to make discussions that really mean something, and I am really looking for opinions and answers. if doesn't discourage me never to make another one, but I defeniatly wish someone would take the time to respond if I took the time to make.

Of course getting a response is better than nothing. But let's not expect much about our posts. In everything we do, expect the unexpected! It's part of the game. With or without response, go ahead. But learn also why people did not respond. It might not be interesting to everyone! Don't despair! I have responded to your post. Add me as a friend.

well beautiful lady.. i dont get disappointed at all , instead i start many like that so that people would reply at least few...so long what i had seen is ..we must think about qoute and phrases that attracts people to reply......i think that way and i keep on starting many discussion. you look pretty in side pose, dieing to have you as friend on mylot. keep smiling

Ya i do feel. i feel that a particular discusion will be interestin and i will start it. but after 2 days also there will be no responses which makes me feeel sad and takes me back. but still i make up my mind to create a best one;. Since we have to survive by giving the best :)

well, I ever felt this way too. but later I thought that maybe people don't know what to respond. for example, like the one I started about (Drupal vs Wordpress), I got no response so far, perhaps because they don't use Drupal and they didn't know what to respond then. just don't get down so easy. I believe the best way to get response is to respond the others' first and let them notice that you also start one discussion on your own. :)

I don't have very many discussions without responses but when I do find I have one I don't like it. I don't feel ignored but I wonder why no one has responded when I think it is a pretty good discussion. I make sure I give my discussions lots of good tags so they get exposed a lot, and I have a lot of friends on my list, so it doesn't make sense to me that I would not get a single response. I have some discussions with only one or two responses and that's okay with me because I can comment back later on, after a couple weeks, and that usually brings more responses.

Getting no response to discussions I have started normally upsets me, but on the other hand, I find it good and rewarding because it helps me encourage to work and give my best.
