Young players are the most plus point of any team...so we have to build a team with young talents..For this we have to programme deep searches through out the country... But At the same time there is an important role for experienced veteran stars...They give the inpiration and experience to the young also... So we have to made a team with giving importance to this facts...

If India can change two players and allow Ganguly and Dravid to play in the tri series than we can expect some thing else the youngsters will disappoint the Indians no doubt.they are quite good players no doubt but they lack the experience and patience to play as much overs they can.so far they have not been able to prove their merit.how can we expect a solid win over Australians and the Srilankans?thank you.
