I think this is the time that you should be extremely diligent about your supplements. You NOT just controlling your life but that of your unborn child..
I really wished you would see your Dr, because I sure that folic acid is needed full term! Just recently a study (BMA) that folic acid users had a 80% reduced risk of having babies with encephalitis.
Buy yourself a little case, or use a ziplock bag & take your supplements with you.

I take a mulit-vitamin, green tea, and cranberry pills every day. If I do not eat yogurt with DHA in it, I will also pop a fish oil pill as well.

Oh, I drink the juice as well. I am just juiced out at the moment so I switched to the pills. I am also getting tired of having to pay an arm and a leg for the 100% juice w/no additives.

Back in the 80s and 90s I was big on mega dosing and the writing of Durk Pearson and sandy shaw
Took mulit vitamin and minerals
Amino Acids
Some other suppliments
Right now I am on too many prescription medicines that I stay away from health food and otc suppliments. But there are always a couple of things I continue like anti-oxidants and B vitamins.

Yes, I would take vitamin C every morning before I go to work. Sometimes at night, I would take another vitamin C.

I don't take vitamins. I think all they do is make you pee more. I might drink water that has been fortified with vitamins but until I contract a potassium disorder or scurvy or something I'm not going to waste my money on pills.

Little scary! I was hospitalized for 5 days due to a potassium deficiency!
You do not have any signs or symptoms of pending potassium deficiency, and in this day and age, our bodies are working twice as hard trying to leach the poisons out of our systems. Our environment is polluted, and I like to think we should do what we can to help ourselves face the demons.

'until I contract a potassium disorder or scurvy or something I'm not going to waste money on pills.' -- That made my day. Point blank, made my day.
Granted that my clock is showing '11:52pm' right now, so there isn't much of the day left to be made, but it did bring a little 'ray of sunshine' so to speak. (It made me laugh, at the very least.)
I'm inclined to agree with you. I don't see the point in popping pills of nutrients that you apparently need if you're fine. Maybe that's just me being ignorant.
Oh well, ignorance is bliss. (and cheaper.)
