I used to use Associated Content a bit and made about twenty dollars off it. (for those who dont know, AC is a site where writers can go to make money buy sumbitting their writing to their community where other people can read it, and in turn AC gives you money, usually between 3 and 20 dollars per piece. very profitable). I thought about starting to use it again but can never think of something to write about. Their calls for content never help me. So have you used associatedcontent.com? what has your experience there been like? [[ps i suggest it to anyone who wants to make money off their writing and enjoys writing. its great.]]

I've made well over $600 in almost two years. I was getting excellent offers but now I'm getting crap. It is over populated and there are people there that love to think they're better than everyone else which makes the forum a place that I do not like spending time on anymore. It's definitely not as great as it used to be.

yeah, similar thing happened to me. went from making money off every single article to being rejected every single time.

My experience was good when I first heard of it. They have gone down drastically though. My partner was getting up past 10 dollars at one point and now she can't even get 5.

yeah, when i first joined a couple years ago i had made 12 dollars in my first two weeks (my first 3 posts), and now my past 5 submissions have all been rejected for the tiniest little things. it seems to be very overpopulated too.

My experience has been mostly good. I just started and have only 2 pieces published. I am working on more, though. I think it could be profitable if you have time to write many articles and work at promoting them, since you get paid for page views. I like that they pay for each one individually and you don't have to wait to reach a high payout.
